That just means that’s how much space
that building contains. The real number to consider is how much additional space comes from that lot. The building may increase in height, but a larger footprint also could allow for larger floorplates. During the approval process, the additional space granted didn’t go towards height. That’s why it was going to be 1,100 ft either way.
I should point out that it could be an entirely different design, and any design could and should account for views a potential Park Lane tower would block.
