Beaucoup looks to be open as of today.

That's a big risk for something that has experienced a bit of success in the valley where bow and stern are concerned. Earls does seafood towers and sushi and all the other things they talk about. Tap and Barrel hits the pub crowd. There is also a well regarded sushi place opening (Hello Nori). Seems like a risky venture opening in there without a unique concept or VERY deep pockets.
