None currently, but you're right, I think there's a very good chance we see a proposal for another JW/Fairmont sized hotel in the near future. Both of these hotels (as well as the Hilton and the Marriott Downtown) prefer to host groups in-house, and offer only a portion of their total room count to conventions. It's been an open problem for years that the CVB has had difficulty pulling adequate room blocks for CC conventions. We'll need to increase our room count significantly (IMO) to support that new cc space.
