After the bigger lots are developed I suspect we may see more small builds on limited footprints. There's still potential for that all along James: e.g., that little plaza at Colborne with Loaded Pierogi and the parking lots closer to St. Joe's come to mind (and hopefully the older homes along that stretch that house medical services don't get demolished in the process).

I don't think the mansions by the brow will be affected.. hopefully... I rather like them..
