The Waterfalls mixed used development has been approved in Henderson. The project is a mix of residential, restaurants, and office. It will top out at 260 feet. The design isn't great but this will have a massive positive impact on the area. Water Street is the center of Henderson and could be considered its old school "main street". I believe this will be the cities tallest if built as approved. The current tallest, Sunset Station, is I believe 216 feet.
