I'm not too concerned. Not everything is going to get built - at least not right now. Remember, all of these projects (in the pipeline) need construction financing. And, that money is getting tighter by the day. Furthermore, facility providers are also increasing the equity requirements on said projects. Which makes it more challenging to get underway.
