Regina has almost none of these issues. Maybe we can get a deal on a second hand scooter systerm!

I walked to Cathedral through downtown from the warehouse district and back on Thursday, and again on Saturday afternoon.
I was the only person I saw walking as a mode of transportation. No one cycling either.
We've got a ways to go.
