I don't and maybe McMaster has plans to start eventually, but it's another grad residence, so they may wait to see what demand is from the building under construction. I hope they move forward quickly though and then move onto the property east across the street. That parking lot is the last big eyesore of the elates in my opinion.
I'm also curious if rumours are true about McMaster purchasing the parking lot at Market and Bay.
