I looked at the elevations for it, and it shows it as 445 feet 6 inches tall. That height is to the highest part of the building - the parapet around the top of the building hiding the mechanical penthouse. The building has 32 floors of office space - the top floor being at 378 feet. The main roof height (33rd level) is 391 feet 6 inches. There's also a 34th level that is for mechanical stuff, and that height is 411 feet 6 inches. This structure is hidden from view from most angles by the parapet around the perimeter of the building's top. Someone who entered in that height put it down as the roof height, and that triggered the goofy function as that number being the default height. I edited the building so that the 412 foot height is now listed as the mechanical roof height, as it is.
