I think we may be close to seeing some new precedent set with the tall application on Jackson. The taller tower is just as tall (if not slightly taller) as Landmark and if that gets accepted, all of a sudden, landmarks' height will be seen as "acceptable." It's a matter of precedent. I don't think the height limit will magically disappear one day, but we will make slow strides to move past it.
