I bought a condo in Burquitlam and so did my brother and his gf. Possession date is a month from each other.

They were also looking at Brentwood but for the extra cost of Brent you get far less nature, more industry, cargo train tracks and a highway. In Burquitlam you have far more nature, all the sky train lines converging, cheaper per square footage and a fawkkkk ton of new towers coming online in the next few years.

I also work close to Burquitlam so this will be exciting. Can't wait to move in.
