My understanding is the first tower is basically sold out and the second tower is a decent way through sales, but yea, I suspect sales have plummeted.

The third tower is likely not going to be launched any time soon as a result, but I don't see why they wouldn't start on the first two towers.

Ultimately they said they would start in March originally, it's still the middle of March. They aren't even officially late yet, and construction starts are almost always a bit later than developers hope as the last few steps of getting permits usually takes a bit longer than they expect.

The OLT appeal may or may not be impacting it as well. It's hard to know without knowing what they are actually appealing.
