First I am hearing of this too. It's a neat idea, considering just how much of a roller coaster Southdale is to Westdel Bourne.

A Pack road extension to Westdel would certainly be a nice alternative. It would be a engineering challenge due to the terrain and likely expensive to make however. Getting it all the way to Longwoods is a bonus too, but that gets tricky as it would cross the city limit. You'd need the country to agree to this.

If done, it would make Bradley(/Pack) another continuous road that goes all the way through the city limits. Not many currently do that.
