Interestingly, this site somehow appears to also not have a maximum height or density applying, which means this is also site plan approval only. And with Doug's changes to the planning act, site plan applications cannot be undelegated any longer, which means Council cannot interfere... Jeff Beattie is going to love this one.
Not sure how this keeps happening on the Stoney Creek waterfront.
