More like the market realized it was time to build here again. Hamilton has been a "city in transition" for a long time... it's finally ripe for some positive change.
Hopefully the market only naps if there's a shift or downturn in the economy, but the demographics and growth trends in the broader region should keep Hamilton on an upward trajectory.
