As Saskabusher had alluded, I'm pretty sure that the steel for this building is coming from China. Covid shutdowns may be impacting deliveries. Or it could be any of a multitude of things.
Regardless, there doesn't appear to have been any progress on the tower structural steel between the Dec 9th & Jan 11th photos. Kind of what we've come to expect on this job.
