About 7 years ago I was almost bought a house behind this site. It's not the awful stucco house you see in the picture now - that lot was empty at the time. A year after I decided to buy a different house, that monstrosity was built - which made me glad I decided against buying that house.
Depending on how that 7 floor development turns out, I may have dodged another bullet.
