I wouldn't be so sure about that. I knew, only because I stumbled across info about it online many years ago but Burnaby was not very forthcoming to the residence on the other side of 10th. With the development being on the Burnaby/New West border, there was no public consultation or info provided to the New West residence. In fact, asking around many people in the early stages thought it was just part of the ice rinks.
Having worked for Intrawest and other companies in that industry, it just seems curious to me that there's no presale.
Covid didn't slow the presale of the other 2 towers
and people don't have pitchforks these days, so probably not a concern.
