I don't really get the hate for juliette balconies. They seem like a fine compromise for a climate and situation where balconies make most sense. I've made numerous comments that I won't repeat related to why more developments shouldn't include full balconies, but this allows the entire unit to kind of act as the balcony in the summer months when the wind dies down.
