I wasn't sure about the Fall 2023 date advertised, but it's looking more and more like it's going to happen. Cladding is going up every day now, and they only have a few more floors. They are currently filling the space where the second crane was that was removed. I'd suspect we start to see cladding on the first floor and tower start in the coming weeks, and they will likely be done the tower by mid-February. Wouldn't be surprised to see interior finishings begin if they haven't already on the lower levels. I haven't see drywall arrive yet, but I did see plumbing materials on site.
