It does seem like the rebuilt bridges got rid of the middle ramps, which is good. There is now a section of express lanes between (old) Congress and Ohio street heading north, and ramps use a strip of local lanes. This should be much safer, and make capping more viable. I guess southbound does still have some middle entrance ramps and they didn't overhaul the flow of that section as much.
