That's an example of someone not staying within the legal parameters and thereby disqualifying themselves. It's their fault, not the CVCs'. I think the CVCs are great in many ways. One way that's not talked about much is that all the apartments and offices in buildings with a wall along a CVC will never have their views blocked by a building right next door.

Another thing is that it will make for some cool drone shots (which I'm going to request).
