I believe the delay to replace the 192 st overpass is completely the fault of Surrey. When BC widened Hwy 1, 10+ years ago, they were in discussions with Surrey about the alignment of the new overpass (192 St or Harvie Rd). And to this day Surrey still hasn't figured out what configuration they want.
