The proposed building will have two commercial units on the ground floor. 60 residential units will be provided ranging in size from studio to 2-bedroom apartments. The principal access to the commercial and residential units will be provided off Winona Avenue. 18 underground motor vehicle parking spaces are provided for residents and visitors with access off Picton Avenue. Bicycle parking spaces are provided along Winona Avenue and within the building on the ground level and underground parking level.
