This new (and wide) promenade on Howard Street has a ton of potential… hoping for some interesting restauranteurs instead of dry cleaners, nail salons and fast food ;-). It’s pretty close to Rosedale so there’s bound to be some $$ to be spent on fine dining.

Never tire of the photos of the Cherry Street North twin bridges. The silos on the right have an exciting future if early adaptive re-use plans from Schmidt Hammer Lassen Architects are realized for Quayside.
