Which would put us in a new 'Soho Italia' situation. Developer goes for appropriate height in a given area, NIMBYs get it shut down, over the years other developers fight and win, then these buildings look short compared to other newer developments. Ottawa WILL be building 40+ floor buildings in central TODs. Just have to beat down backwards thinking councillors and NIMBYs over time.
