It kinda reminds me of how development has stalled in West Loop Gate and instead crossed the expressway towards Fulton Market. It's funny how old industrial sites are more attractive for development than the urban renewal mistakes that scatter River North and West Loop Gate.

River North is pretty much fully developed though. Much more opportunity in River West.
