I'd be curious what The Hive would be able to claim over that anyway? All that needs to happen is their driveway is realigned a little bit to meet up with Bradley to the east of Wharncliffe a little ways and they lose a few trees. It's not like Bradley is going right through their buildings. They can't think they are going to stop this, look at 100 Stanley and that was actually a house. Plus they already have new houses over a year old backing along the western edge of the entire length of their property, they are no longer a secluded enclave. I wonder if it really is them that is suing or if it's the owner of the property that Bradley will actually occupy. I'm assuming The Hive isn't the landowner to the east, but I have no idea, and I only assume that based on the way they have their yard lined with trees.
