The 2020 design had a vacuous non-space on Montreal Road, therefore no.
Montreal Road has to be the anchor frontage on this site and it needs vigorous retail presence. The site interior has to be laid out as streets and blocks. There has to be building active frontage along the Vanier Parkway, even if residential active frontage.
Sites like this are very difficult to get right but none of the designs get it. Still too suburban and too clumsy.
