Yeah, just to reiterate, I'm 100% for this project. The design, is but one aspect, of the overall project, and everything else is really good, especially that this is replacing a parking lot on a prime CBD lot.
And even the design, which I called boring and bland, is still, as Mcgrath says, "inoffensive." It's certainly not bad, but I think "great" is too strong a word. 2222 Market is great. This one, not so much. But again, overall, this is a great development.
