Another vote of confidence by Lafford. If he's planning something here already, this means he remains very confident in the Three Sisters project. Without really knowing the area, geology might be a factor. A heavy, large building may not be viable on an infilled riverbank. But geotechnical studies are pennies to something like Lafford so I presume they already did one.
