Another vote of confidence by Lafford. If he's planning something here already, this means he remains very confident in the Three Sisters project. I was already optimistic that the second sister was going to be built anyway. Now I am increasingly confident that the third sister will be built on schedule as well.
I hope whatever Lafford has planned across the street on Asumption will be of a similar stature (12-18 storeys, possibly 20).  |
Without really knowing the area, geology might be a factor. A heavy, large building may not be viable on an infilled riverbank. But geotechnical studies are pennies to something like Lafford so I presume they already did one.
