I'm worried that it will do that thing we always do and make the ground floor retail out of touch for any local business and it will just be another Shoppers, bank and weed store. If someone has info on what it will be I would love to hear it.
Previously it was that oddball clothing consignment shop and the Thai village or whatever it was called. Decent food, ate there once or twice. I only wasn't loyal as I have family connections to other Thai spots.
