This is a very cool project. It saves a pair of historic buildings and adds much-needed height and density to the downtown area.

I was in Denver a couple of weeks ago to visit a good friend. There's a lot going on in the city. There are a bunch of transplants from Texas and California. I could see the city undergoing an Austin- or Nashville-like boom. A problem they have right now is that there is so much sprawl. Getting a denser downtown and continuing to build out the transit network could help.
