Fun Fact: I used to rent a townhouse in the ramshackle block that was torn down to make way for Claridge Pinnacle back in 2004. they tried to evict us illegally with a single month's notice and a single month's rent as compensation, but I held out until they gave 6 months rent as compensation. I then used that money to travel all around the world.
