Right! A city we're constantly compared to is Nashville. They're pushing hard for a MLB franchise and will probably get it. That would give them three out of four "BIGS" plus a MLS franchise. And they have a pretty decent music scene as well. Their DT is always packed and vibrant when compared to ours.
