A significant multiphase project currently U/C in downtown Montreal. The project totals 400,000 sq ft and consists of 2,000 units (condos, rentals, social housing) 600,000 sq ft of office space and 100,000 sq ft of commercial space.
Phase 1 is close to completion (7 floors, 14 floors) and has 332 condos + 20.2K sq ft of commercial space.
Phase 2 is currently U/C (6 floors, 14 floors) and will have 222 units, house the new YWCA offices and will include 71.5K sq ft of office space + 36.3K sq ft of commercial, along with a grocery store.
