Yeah this should definitely help. It is a really good location for a quick cafe or grab and go convenience store. Even though it seems odd being at the bridge, there is a ton of foot traffic every day because of the hospitals.

Not to mention all of the Schuylkill River Trail users! Personally, I would love to stop by a cafe at this location after running the length of the trail from Roxborough.
