Updated rendering of the Jamesville redevelopment in Hamilton. This project redevelops an existing 90-unit public housing townhouse complex into 447 new units, including 160 affordable units and 287 market rate units. The apartment blocks will be the affordable housing components, the stacked townhouses the market rate units.
