Not sure if these details have been discussed yet. These could be two big towers. This is from the AE Design Intake for this project:
"Block 32 Mixed Use Development. The project will be built sequentially in two phases. Phase 1 consists of 373,000 SF, 340 Residential units, retail and parking. Phase 2 consists of 509,000 SF, 340 Residential units and 276 Hotel keys on top of a parking garage and ground floor retail/amenity. There will be a separate AE vault for each phase."
Tower 1 (373k sqft): 340 Residential Units, parking, retail
Tower 2 (509k sqft): 340 Residential Units, 276 key hotel, parking, retail
