I'm hesitant to call the Xi'an project the perfect stadium, every build has its own unique requirements and circumstances, but it goes without saying that Chinese projects are able to balance infrastructure benefits from all angles whilst building and developing stronger urban communities and neighbourhoods. Shows what central planning can accomplish when pointed in the right direction.

Last I checked China was no longer hosting the 2023 Asian Cup, though, so I don't know what's up with the video claiming that.
