A zoning change permit was filed today for PUD zoning on the 4 acres at 200 E. Riverside currently occupied by TxDOT offices:

There is a lot of info in the filing, but to sum it up it includes 1.4 million Sq. Ft. of office and 32K Sq. Ft. of retail. The office will be in two office towers up to 410'.
