Work is actually underway. It doesn't look like much yet, but they've fenced off the work area and started adding steel stiffeners to the girders that will support the new platforms. Reinforcing the steel was the first step when they built the Morgan stop, too.
I shot this last week, all the unpainted steel is new. Once they finish this step they can start putting up the steel platform beams and canopy frames. The stationhouse and vertical elements will likely come later.
