Love the introduction of more "mews" type of areas. Something that Chicago needs more of. Really curious about the timeline of this. I'd assume they'd want to ensure the hotel opens up before the casino opens. That's not til what, 2026? Not far from Fulton Market - 7 to 10 minute walk maybe - so I'd assume we could see a hotel open sometime in 2023 or 2024. Just curious if they're going to make the area under the elevated train tracks less "scary" for tourists to walk under on the way to Fulton Market, or the train nearby. I assume with the completion of the high rises with mews, that the walk to the casino wouldn't be a huge deal.
