Not bad, but I see nothing that would merit a "landmark" designation. Vancouver House, Absolute World, Telus Sky...Those are landmark buildings. Albeit easier when the building is taller than 34 storeys. But some angled aluminum panels and a rooftop parapet is not going to cut it. 4/10 effort.
