How can this be a landmark if 324 Laurier and Gotham already exist?
The height in a sea of Centretown homes? Does that make it 'landmark'?
Don't get me wrong, I'm not against this being built. I just think Landmark is a bit of a stretch, and I wonder why marketing felt it was necessary?
