While i'm not religious, a clear case can be made for religion as it has overwhelmingly been a positive force for humanity in the direction it provides unimaginable numbers of people as well as all the aid it provides the impoverished. As about 7 out of 8 billion people on earth identify with a religion, you might want to ask them beyond that
