How do you know it lost floors? A marketing brochure?
I'm still betting it's 775' and 65 floors when you include the parapet and mechanical levels. There are mechanical levels somewhere near halfway up and at the apex. I think it's 63 "occupied" levels...
Yes. They could have altered what had already been approved and released. But, wouldn't they have to submit a site plan addendum?
