Those Ottawa-Gatineau towers have a comparable heights (in some cases taller) than Aldred and RBC in Old Montreal.
That said, I think
Rico was talking about pre-war skyscrapers, not those from the mid-century boom. In that case, Ottawa's skyline continues to be dominated by mid-19th to early 20th Century buildings, but none are traditional/classic skyscrapers.
