Interesting to see how Canada Life Centre is a perfect fit for that location on Broad. That is an excellent site for a new arena IMO... it fills a big gap, it's downtown, yet it's on a major route so as to reduce congestion before and after the game.

As it is, CLC is a bit cramped for a 15,321 seat (for hockey) building. But if you built on the same footprint with, let's say, around 11 to 12 thousand seats, it would feel spacious and opulent.

Parking is probably a non-issue, more than likely there are enough parking lots, parking structures and street parking spaces to accommodate capacity crowds.
