I often wallked this section of Cornwallis St. for years on my way to and from work. I remember the blue home in question as having a hair salon/hair cuts sign in the door window and assuming the home was business owner occupied. Not a high end salon by any means. I would guess that the inside looks as bad as the outside. Still, I bet the porperty would fetch a pretty penny these days. The adjacent homes and Dee's Ice cream shop to the right have all had the Hal Forbes treatment.
